Digital service delivery
The Coaching Management Portal is a digital service and does not require physical shipping. Where enrollment is accepted, onboarding or access information will be communicated through the contact channel agreed with the customer after payment confirmation.
Physical product delivery
Dukaan covers physical daily-needs and other available products for customers in supported rural locations. Before a customer completes a purchase, the ordering channel will communicate product availability, supported delivery location, delivery charges if any, and the expected delivery timeline.
Delivery issues
Customers should provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact details. A delivery concern, non-delivery, or receipt of an incorrect or damaged product should be reported with the order and payment reference so it can be investigated.
