Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our approach to cancellation and refund requests for digital services and physical product orders.

Requesting a cancellation

A customer seeking to cancel a confirmed order or enrollment should contact Meher Brothers as soon as possible with their name and payment or order reference. A request can be considered before the applicable service has been activated or a physical product has been dispatched.

Coaching Management Portal

For this digital service, cancellation and refund eligibility applies before access or onboarding has been provided. Once service access or onboarding has begun, fees for the activated service period are ordinarily not refundable, unless the service cannot be provided by Meher Brothers.

Dukaan orders

An order for physical goods may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to its status. If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is delivered, the customer should report it with relevant details so the request can be assessed for replacement or refund.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment gateway processing time may apply after initiation. Any specific timelines shown at checkout or in an order confirmation will govern that transaction.
